The “Never Been Kissed” actress Drew and the art consultant Will welcomed baby Olive into the world last Wednesday, an announcement of the couple confirmed by People Magazine. This is what the couple had told the magazine:
“We are proud to announce the birth of our daughter, Olive Barrymore Kopelman, born Sept. 26th, healthy, happy and welcomed by the whole family. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this most special time in our lives.”
Kopleman, 34, and Barrymore, 37, tied the knot in a very classic and simple garden inspired wedding. Although rumors of Drew as pregnant had already spread, the actress never said a word, only hinting that her June wedding portrait would only speak for itself. In it, Will gently cradles his wife’s growing belly — thus shedding a light to all the rumors and gossips.
Drew wanted her pregnancy to be silent and peaceful. In an interview with Haute Living, she indirectly pertain to her pregnancy with the phrase “I can’t wait until I have my children. I just want to build fun, great things for my family.” At the time, Drew was very much pregnant with baby Olive, although she never make a comment about her growing baby bumps.
In recent weeks before her delivery, Drew was spotted to be attending prenatal yoga classes and spending time with Will’s parents.As People described, Drew’s so motherly and Will wanted to be a dad.”
