‘Clash Of The Titans’ Leading Star Sam Worthington Arrested In Atlanta


The actor, who is very famous for his major roles in the movies Terminator: Salvation, Avatar,and Clash of the Titans, was arrested last Saturday in Atlanta on grounds of disorderly conduct. But according to news report, the charge was later dismissed on Monday morning.
On Saturday night, the actor, probably intoxicated with drinks, tangled with a doorman at the Vortex bar and grill after being turned away because of his verbally abusive misbehavior. The news came about by a police report obtained byCelebuzz.
Jerry Link, the doorman at the said bar and grill allegedly told the police that the actor, named as “Mr.Samuel” in the police report, “pushed him twice with his hands.” The instance have left Link no choice but to pepper spray Worthington and subdue him with a handcuff before the police could arrive to handle the scene.
People confirmed the incident that happened in the place and was told by the bar’s manager, “We can’t make any comment.”
Lucky for Worthington, the charge was dropped when Link didn’t appear in court to testify. Worthington is in Atlanta filming Arnold Schwarzenegger’s new film, Ten, which also costars Terrance Howard, Josh Holloway and Joe Manganiello.
