Recipe Rose Petal Sandesh

Rose Petal Sandesh  This recipe kills two birds, not literally; it teaches you how to make cottage cheese and also how to turn it into a dessert – you will need a piece of thin muslin cloth. Cottage cheese is sweetened with sugar, and flavoured with cardamom and essence of rose. It is then hand-crafted into bite-sized morsels called sandesh. These sweet snacks will last for up to a week when refrigerated and is the perfect welcome to the visiting guest who has travelled under the hot sun to wish you Happy Deepavali.
