Tracking your carbohydrate intake has never been simpler. Whether you are physically active or trying to maintain weight, people with diabetes can eat the foods they enjoy by simply carb counting. A general guideline for the amount of carbohydrates per meal is 35-55 grams for women and 50-65 grams for men.
This recipe uses the prepared pie crusts found in the freezer section of your supermarket. You can find some alternative brands with more fiber and less saturated fat at health food and specialty stores.
