Calories Diet Meal


People of today are highly conscious about their health. Putting an extra time at the gym to lose weight is important, but watching what you eat also makes sense. The ideal calories required for men ranges between 2000-2500, while for women is 1500-2000. This meal plan for a day will help and keep you satisfied on 500 calories diet as what you want to lose or gain.
Breakfast:
8-ounce glass of skim milk
A cup of cereal
A pear
Two slices of toast with butter or jam smeared on
