Physical And Emotional Dealing with Anger

Anger becomes a problem when it harms us or other people. It is the emotion that mostly causes problem in relationships in the family, at work, or with friends. You can’t get out of the things or the people that make your blood boil. Though you can’t change them, but you can learn to control your reactions.
There are many reasons why people are unable to control their anger. It is often caused by a family or intellectual sample that has never been questioned. Tiredness, stress, pain and hormonal imbalances can all contribute to the problem.
Physical effects
• digestion (contributing to the development of heartburn, ulcers, colitis, gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome)
• heart and circulatory system (leading to blocked arteries)
• blood pressure (driving it too high)
• joints and muscles (resulting in inflammations, such as in arthritis)
• immune system (making you more likely to catch flu and other bugs, and less able to recover from operations, accidents or major illnesses)
• pain threshold (making you more sensitive to pain)
