Animal New Leaf Proves To Be A Real Hit

A week may just be more than enough for the latest Animal Crossing game because a lot of people have purchased the game right after its official release. Nintendo has shipped 600, 000 copies of Animal Crossing: New Leaf, as shared by Nintendo president Satoru Iwata in a twitter account.
The latest game was released on November 8. To meet the insistent demand of buyers, Nintendo plans to release an additional 200, 000 physical copies later this week.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf is also selling well digitally. Since its release a total of 200, 00 digital copies were sold. The game is available throughout Japan on physical cartridge or as a digital download from the Nintendo 3DS eShop or through a special download card. Westerners will have to wait for a few months to get their hands on the game as Animal Crossing: New Leaf is scheduled to be released next year. Still it should be worth the wait.
