That’s right. A new trailer for 20th Century Fox and Blue Sky’s Epic is hitting the virtual media and features more dialogue and scenes for the backstory to give us an initial taste of what the movie holds. This trailer is much more richer than the first one that is released in June.
From the creators of Ice Age and Rio, Epic tells a story of a teenage girl who found herself shrunk to a fairly-like size and transported to a whimsical forest that is home to the so-called forest protectors.There, she must live and team up with an eclectic kingdom of magical characters and creatures against forces of evil who deemed nothing but to destroy the miniature world. Watch the trailer below to see the connection among Mary Katherine (Amanda Seyfried), her father and the miniature world of the forest.
The animated movie Epic is based on William Joyce’s children book The Leaf Men and the Brave Good Bugs. Joyce also collaborated with Epic director Chris Wedge for the design and production of the 2005 movie Robots. Amanda Seyfried leads an all-star voice cast that includes Beyonce Knowles, Colin Farrell, Josh Hutcherson, Johnny Knoxvile, Aziz Ansari, Pitbull, Jason Sudeikis, Steven Tyler, Blake Anderson and Judah Friedlander.
