Andrew Bynum gets an injection to his injured right knee


Andrew Bynum, center of the Philadelphia 76ers, is scheduled for a another injection on his right knee that resulted to injury.
Andrew Bynum on Monday will have an injection of Synvisc — a gel-like substance that gives a temporary relief for a inflamed tissue. The natural substance is designed to lubricate and cushion the joint. The Philadelphia 76ers says that the shot is been a routine procedure for Andrew Bynum during the previous two seasons and is unrelated to the bone bruise on his right knee.
